AdScoop values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using AdScoop.
Information We Collect
We collect a limited set of information to enable Pro access and manage user licenses:
email – retrieved from the website login to link your account and sync your Pro access across devices
user id – an internal identifier for database reference
creation date – marks the date of your first signup date or the first app use
transcription job data – includes job ID, duration, and processing status (used to manage your transcription quota)
transcript text (temporary) – processed and stored temporarily on Cloudflare to deliver the final text back to your browser, then deleted automatically
Hook job data – includes job ID, duration, and processing status (used to manage your hook quota)
Hook text (temporary) – processed and stored temporarily on Cloudflare to deliver the final text back to your browser, then deleted automatically
We do not collect or store any browsing history, ads viewed, or other personal data from your accounts.
How We Use the Information
Your data is used only to:
Verify and activate certain features like transcription and exporting hooks
Sync your access across browsers and devices
Maintain accurate account records
Process and return transcription results to your browser
Process and return hook results to your browser
Enforce feature and hooks/transcription limits (e.g., monthly minutes or quota caps)
We never sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Chrome Permissions
AdScoop uses certain Chrome permissions (such as storage) strictly to enable access to certain features that have a rate limit, sync user status, and enhance your experience. These permissions do not allow us to read or modify your browsing history or content on third-party websites.
Third-Party Services
AdScoop uses a few trusted third-party providers to make its services work:
Cloudflare Workers + D1 + Workers AI -used to securely process and temporarily store hooks and transcription jobs before results are returned to your browser
Framer – hosts and displays the AdScoop website
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their functions and are bound by their own privacy and security policies.
Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored securely using Cloudflare D1.
We apply industry-standard encryption and authentication to prevent unauthorized access, and no sensitive user data (like passwords or personal details) is stored by AdScoop.
Data Retention
We retain your account data only as long as it’s necessary to maintain your access or comply with legal obligations.
If you request deletion of your data, we’ll remove your record from our systems.
Your Rights
You can request deletion or correction of your data at any time by contacting us at taher@adscoop.app.
We’ll respond to all privacy-related requests within a reasonable timeframe.
If you’re located in the European Union, we process your information under the legal basis of legitimate interest and user consent, as required by the GDPR.
Children’s Privacy
AdScoop is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll promptly delete it.
Analytics and Cookies
AdScoop does not use Google Analytics, cookies, or any tracking scripts. No data about your browsing behavior or platform activity is collected or shared.

Sort Feed values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using Sort Feed.
Information We Collect
We collect a limited set of information to enable Pro access and manage user licenses:
email – retrieved from your Chrome browser to link your account and sync your Pro access across devices
user id – an internal identifier for database reference
license key – used only for Pro users who purchased Sort Feed Pro through Lemon Squeezy
state type – indicates whether your account is Free or Pro
subscription type – shows your current subscription plan
creation date – marks the date of your Pro purchase or the first app use (for free users)
transcription job data – includes job ID, duration, and processing status (used to manage your transcription quota)
transcript text (temporary) – processed and stored temporarily on Cloudflare to deliver the final text back to your browser, then deleted automatically
We do not collect or store any browsing history, Instagram or TikTok content, posts viewed, or other personal data from your accounts.
Some information (like posts, likes, comments, and transcribed text) is processed locally or temporarily stored only to deliver your results. This data never leaves your device except as required for transcription processing.
How We Use the Information
Your data is used only to:

Google Sheets
Sort Feed can export your sorted feed data directly to Google Sheets. When you connect Google Sheets, we store a Google OAuth token on our servers solely to create spreadsheets on your behalf when you click the export button.
We do not read, modify, or delete any existing files in your Google Drive, and we do not share your Google data with third parties. You can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions or reconnect a different account from your Sort Feed settings.
